PFS: ArcFlex™ is the 5th evolution of our flagship PFS core construction. Twin recurve Divinycell™ beams are engineered to create a pre-loaded flex pattern within the core. As the board is compressed under load, the curved beam architecture stores energy through controlled inward flex. When pressure is released, that stored energy is rapidly transferred back through the board, generating powerful recoil, increased projection, and a fast, reactive feel.

CHANNELS:  AKU parallel channels

STRINGER: 1x CFT Stringer- High grade, light weight filament wound composite-fiber tube for increased board strength and spring like recoil.

SURLYN SLICK- Surlyn Slick Bottom skin is constructed from 1mm Dupont Surlyn backed with a composite layer of 1.5mm IXPE + 1.5mm IXPP for a total thickness of 4mm.

REACT MESH: Diamond shaped mesh weave fused between the boards core and slick bottom for enhanced stiffness and recoil.
